Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's)


Q: How should I enter my account number?
A: You must enter your account number without any dashes (i.e. 12345)

Q: What phone number should I enter?
A: The phone number you enter must match what we have on file. If this does not match, please call our office to update your phone number. Once this is done, you will be able to register.

Q: What if I change my email address?
A: If you change your email address, please login as you normally would with the old one and visit the settings page.

Q: What if I forgot my password?
A: Click on the link that says "Forgot" next to the password field. On the next screen, enter your email address, then enter your answer for the security question. You will then be able to enter in a new password.

Q: What are the password requirements?
A: Passwords must contain between 6-20 characters containing numbers and letter only (no special characters). You will then need to enter your password a second time for verification purposes.
